The “GYMNASTICS EXPRESS” program offers several special events during the year including an annual pre-school gymnastics performance in the fall and spring, creative lessons with copies of the lesson plans during the school year and special theme day lessons during the summer months.

The annual Fall and Spring Performances are offered so Parents, Grandparents, Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends can see what our students have learned.

The purpose for having this event is to give the parents an opportunity to see what your child has been learning in the Gymnastics Express Program.  You may also invite Aunts, Uncles, Grand Parents and friends to come watch the children.  THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR ADMISSION.   This gymnastics performance is by no means a competition.  This is a fun day; no pressure involved and each child will receive an award for their performance. Be sure to bring cameras and/or video cameras.
